Regular rate: Weekdays $ 139.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 187.00 per night + 139$ cleaning fees
Holiday season: $ 187.00 per night + 139$ cleaning fees
Summer season (June 23 to September 3, 2023 inclusively): Weekdays $ 299.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the day before a holiday $ 335.00 + 139$ cleaning fees
The first night starts at 3:00 p.m. and the last ends the next day at 11:00 a.m. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal application.
Cancellation policy and handling charges: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable handling charges). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $ 75 plus taxes will be charged for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
