With its magnificent view of the bay of Venise of Lake Champlain , you will be charmed by this idyllic place. A prime private location with a warm, elegant and distinctive design. With its 17 beds, the place is perfectly suited for your gatherings , as much for business travelers, wedding celebrations, family and friendly meetings. You are in good hands with the Château Venise team, who have the comfort and satisfaction of their customers at heart.

The Château is divided into 8 individual units , fully equipped including a closed bedroom with Queen bed comfortably dressed in luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, a living room with sofa bed, smart TV, kitchen and full bathroom. One of the 8 condos has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king bed. The place therefore offers a total of 17 beds plus a few additional extra beds on request.

Totaling more than 4000 sq . ft. of common space, you will have access to all the luxury and comfort that a dream location can offer!2 living rooms, including 1 with a magnificent wood-burning fireplace and its stone mantel, will warm you up on cold days. You can prepare and enjoy your meals with the fully equipped kitchen as well as enjoy a good coffee since an espresso machine and a coffee maker are included.

For indoor entertainment: experience your private cinema room complete with projector, 120-inch canvas and sound system or step into the lounge and play a game of pool.A sound system throughout the site is also available.

Would you like to have your corporate retreat at Château Venise ? You will have access to 2 meeting rooms on the same floor to accommodate your colleagues or collaborators. With 400Mbps fiber optic wireless internet service, perfect for your presentations and even video conferencing.

Outside: You can warm up by the fireplace on the back terrace as well as by the pool. In summer, you will have access to its magnificent heated inground pool.A volleyball court is also installed there to have fun! Racquet sport fan? You will be delighted with the grass tennis court and the Pickleball court!

- Our displayed rates are based on a minimum of 20 people and a duration of two nights in low season, but don't worry, they can be adapted according to your needs!

- 25% of the total amount at the time of booking
- 25% of the total amount 90 days from the date of arrival
- Balance of payment 3 days before the arrival date

When booking made less than 90 days from the date of arrival

- 50% of the total amount at the time of booking
- Balance of payment 3 days before the arrival date

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

- A security deposit of $1500 will be blocked on your credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
