Taxes for the published rates: Taxes included
From June 1st to September 30th : 4000$ per month
From October 1st to Mai 31st : 2500$ per month
Possibility to rent for 6+ months : Price and terms to be discussed
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 1 week before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers or cash.
Cancellation policy and management fees: Full refund up to 1 month before the booked date (except applicable management fees). No refund within 1 month notice. A management fee of $ 60 will be required for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 1 month notice on a reservation already made.
Management fee : 60$ at reservation. 60$ will be added again if modification request ou cancelation more than one month before arrival on an existing reservation.
Security deposit : 500$ requested (refunded after stay)
Cleaning fee : 150$ added to total amount of reservation.
Rules :
- Arrival time : 15h / Departure time : 11h
- The access is done via Kevo application.
- Pets not alowed (To be discussed)
- Non-smoking inside the house
- Reasonable noise appreciated (no party or loud music).
