Cottage directly from Lake Champlain, in Chapman Bay. Calm residential area. Just 2 minutes from the U.S. border. Ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends. All ours chalets are pets friendly.
Comfortable and fully equipped. Two closed bedrooms (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette pan, fondue pan, espresso machine... as well as all necessary dishes, utensils and cutlery. Shower room with shower (towels provided). Living room with ROKU television and blue-ray player. Illimited WIFI
BBQ, patio set, sun loungers and outdoor fireplace.
15-foot canoe (2 to 3 places), 2 kayaks and life jackets are also available free of charge.

Nearby attraction very popular with children: Safari Park located in Hemmingford, it is both a zoo and an amusement park with a water park section. Plan to spend a full day there to take advantage of all the attractions of this park.

To cross into the United States on the lake, you must notify the American authorities and have your passport in hand. If you sail in the bay around the border without demonstrating that you are trying to progress to the United States, it is very likely that you can do so without risking being intercepted. However, it is always best to have your passport on hand to avoid misunderstandings with the authorities.

Summer Season (June 22 to September 3, 2023 inclusive): Weekdays $335.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the day before a holiday $387.00 + $139.00 cleaning fee
No minimum number of nights. The first night starts at 17:00 and the last one ends the next day at 13:00. Sales taxes, accommodation tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable at the time of booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the arrival date. We accept Interac e-Transfers via email and credit cards via the PayPal app.
Cancellation policy and management fee: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the reserved date (with the exception of the applicable management fee). No refund with less than 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $75 plus taxes will be charged for requests for changes or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a previously booked reservation.
