La Villa Urbaine
6 person maximum, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Description
The house is very well located in the heart of the city, but a little removed from the nocturnal life (3 minutes walk).
There are plenty of cultural activities nearby: amphitheater, large pool one of the largest in Canada (the exhibition pool), good restaurants bring your own wine, show rooms.
A 45-minute drive from the Mauricie National Park, 2 minutes by car to go kayaking at Maikan to go on the St-Maurice river in summer, and indoor climbing wall, winter ice climbing on an ice candle.
Really a lot to do! boat, bike, etc.
Note that winter with snow removal can be noisy with parking during the night ..
The Villa Urbaine gives a nice terrace atmosphere back, with trees and terrace at the top, which gives you privacy even if we are located downtown, a few minutes from the commercial and restaurent streets ...
For outdoor we ask No noise after 11.00 pm because we do not want complaints from the neighborhood
