BOOKING TERMS
For any reservation request, a rental deposit of 30% (non-refundable) of the total amount of the stay will be required. Final payment must be made 30 days before taking possession of the chalet.
LATE RESERVATION: In the case of a reservation made less than thirty days before the rental period, full payment will be required upon booking. No credit for early departures.
6. MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
at. More than thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
The tenant may make a modification to his reservation, free of charge (change of date, depending on availability) if the latter is made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival.
7. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
at. Less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
In the event of a cancellation made less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, a credit of 25% of the total value of the reservation will be applied to the total price of the reservation already paid.
b. More than (30) days before the arrival date:
In the event of a cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the security deposit will be retained since it is not refundable.
vs. Climatic conditions: The manager assumes no responsibility with regard to a cancellation or modification of a reservation that would be linked to climatic conditions (temperature and condition of the roads, natural disaster, forest fire, floods, earthquakes, etc. ..
d. The manager assumes no responsibility for a cancellation or modification for health reasons.
