Full payment of the value of the stay will be taken in full at the time of booking. • On the day of arrival, a deposit of $100 per night will be taken as a security deposit. After inspection of the accommodation, the security deposit will be refunded or adjusted after 48 hours, if applicable. • All prices may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation within 30 days or more before your arrival, the full amount paid during your reservation will be refunded. • For any cancellation within 30 days or less before your arrival, you can postpone your reservation and keep your deposit for a later stay. Non-refundable, non-moneyable and non-transferable. • If canceled within less than 48 hours before your arrival or no-show, 100% of the costs of the first night will be charged.
