• Prices are indicative only, please contact us for the prices in force for your stay and applicable promotion. It will be our pleasure to provide you with information for a stay at NATAKAM.
• 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation, 70% of the total 30 days before the stay and $ 400 security deposit 48 hours before the stay (Reimbursed between 24-48 hours after your stay).

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation 45 days or more before the arrival date: full refund
• Cancellation between 44 days and 31 days before the arrival date: 30% of the “total” amount will be retained as management fees.
• Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the “total” amount will be retained as management fees.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the arrival date: no refund
• Pandemic, natural disaster or other major event: In cases where the government prevents cottage rental, change of region or mandatory confinement, the payment made so far will be used as credit towards a future stay. No refund. Credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation.
