Description
The Meribel is a spacious 1,313 sf, 4 bedroom cottage rental in Mont Tremblant that will sleep 8 people. It is located directly across from the clubhouse so you are only a minutes' walk to all the activities.
The open-concept living room is modern and cozy with two contemporary leather sofas, large flat screen TV, and gas fireplaces. Large double-height windows fill the room with light and allow you to take full advantage of the natural beauty of the outdoors from every angle.
The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances including a dishwasher, Espresso Machine and cook-top stove. The dining area with a modern glass table and six leather chairs separates the kitchen from the living room.
The two master bedrooms are located on the same side of the chalet. Both bedrooms feature a plush king-size bed, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with European style shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the opposite side of the living room and include queen-size beds, and flat screen TVs. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom which has an ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo.
The living room opens onto a large back deck with a hot tub, patio seating and barbeque grill. It is the perfect setting for evening cocktails or enjoying a family meal with friends and family.

RATES & TAXES
All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to Quebec's 3.5% lodging tax, 5% TPS (goods and services) Tax and a 9.975% TVQ (sales tax).
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 1500$ will be charged on the day of your arrival. The security deposit is made on the same credit card as the one on file. No other credit card, debit card or cash will be accepted and therefore entry into the chalet will be refused.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of guests per each chalet must not exceed the number specified as the maximum number of occupants.
PARKING
Parking is free. Each rental has space for 2 cars.
PETS
Pets are not allowed within the property.
SMOKING
For your health and enjoyment, all properties are non-smoking
RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION
Guest(s) under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Depending on occupancy, availability, and turnover rate, clients may be checked in within one hour earlier or later.
Check-in 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm- check-in at our reception desk inside the clubhouse located at 80 rue des Sept Sommets, La Conception, QC.
After 7 p.m, no arrivals are allowed. You will therefore have access to your chalet the next morning from 8 am.
Check-out 10:00 am. Please leave the chalet clean and the garbages to the garbage bin.
HOUSEKEEPING
Each chalet has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your check-in. Daily cleaning services are not included in your rental agreement.
COVID-19:
In the event that lodging homes are temporarily shutdown or travel restrictions are implemented by public authorities that prevent you from reaching Bel Air Tremblant due to the COVID-19, we will issued a credit for the full amount of your stay to be used at a future date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days prior to check in: $300 cancellation fee
Cancellations 59 to 31 days prior to check in: 50% refund
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to check: non refundable
In addition, if the guest decides to leave after their arrival on the spot, the total amount will be lost.
