Nature lovers will love this modern Tremblant chalet rental! Hidden within a magnificent natural backdrop, the Aspen chalet features all the luxuries of modern living in a peaceful mountain location that's just steps from Bel Air Tremblant hotel clubhouse.

This expansive 2 bedroom chalet has an open floorplan that combines the living room with a full size and amply equipped kitchen and dining area. The bright open living room has an electric fireplace and leather couches that face out unto the beautiful outdoors through two over-sized pane windows.

The Aspen chalet has two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the main living area to ensure maximum privacy for gusts. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, large closet, flat screen TV and a modern ensuite bathroom. One bathroom has a combination bathtub with rainfall shower and the other has a glass enclosed rainfall shower. Both bedrooms have sliding doors that lead out on to the back deck.

The large deck in the rear of the chalet has a hot tub barbecue grill and patio furniture. It's the perfect setting to enjoy a meal with family.

RATES & TAXES
All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to Quebec's 3.5% lodging tax, 5% TPS (goods and services) Tax and a 9.975% TVQ (sales tax).

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at time of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 500$ will be charged on the day of your arrival. The security deposit is made on the same credit card as the one on file. No other credit card, debit card or cash will be accepted and therefore entry into the chalet will be refused.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of guests per each chalet must not exceed the number specified as the maximum number of occupants.

PARKING
Parking is free. Each rental has space for 2 cars.

PETS
Pets are not allowed within the property.

SMOKING
For your health and enjoyment, all properties are non-smoking

RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION
Guest(s) under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Depending on occupancy, availability, and turnover rate, clients may be checked in within one hour earlier or later.

Check-in 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm- check-in at our reception desk inside the clubhouse located at 80 rue des Sept Sommets, La Conception, QC.
After 7 p.m, no arrivals are allowed. You will therefore have access to your chalet the next morning from 8 am.

Check-out 10:00 am. Please leave the chalet clean and the garbages to the garbage bin.

HOUSEKEEPING
Each chalet has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your check-in. Daily cleaning services are not included in your rental agreement.

COVID-19:  
In the event that lodging homes are temporarily shutdown or travel restrictions are implemented by public authorities that prevent you from reaching Bel Air Tremblant due to the COVID-19, we will issued a credit for the full amount of your stay to be used at a future date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days prior to check in:  $300 cancellation fee
Cancellations 59 to 31 days prior to check in: 50% refund
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to check: non refundable
In addition, if the guest decides to leave after their arrival on the spot, the total amount will be lost.
