L'Abri-Tibien is an enchanting chalet that offers Abitibi hospitality in the heart of the Laurentians.
The house is fully equipped and everything is included in the packages. All you have to do is bring your food for the meals that you can cook in a 100% equipped kitchen available to you.
On the ground floor, you will have access to a spacious open-air room with a cathedral ceiling that lets light through to the mezzanine that will serve as your bedroom.
In addition to being able to enjoy the furnished outdoor gallery, which gives you a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, you will have access to the 3-season solarium which will allow you to lengthen your days by taking advantage of the outdoors, but still indoors. sheltered from the wind and mosquitoes.
You can also take advantage of the vast landscaped grounds of more than 95,000 sq. ft. to play, have fun or simply take a walk. The estate directly overlooks the lake over its entire length and reveals a private beach where you will find a pedal boat and a kayak that are available to you for your personal use... courtesy of the house!!
After a busy day, you can relax in the SPA heated in all seasons. Or, if you prefer, make yourself a campfire to roast marshmallows or sausages or better yet, snuggle up under a pier in front of a good indoor fire.

Reservation Policy
Please carefully read the Louer un chalet Laurentides reservation policy, complete the information requested and sign at the bottom of the document in order to accept these conditions and regulations.
Booking conditions
You must be aged 28 and over and be present for the entire duration of the stay to rent a chalet.
The rental amount is in CAN$. Quebec accommodation tax (3.5%/day), cleaning fees are added to the price per night.
A 30% rental deposit (excluding taxes) is required at the time of booking by Interac transfer or credit card (4% fee applies). The amount of the deposit is indicated in the rental agreement.
Once the amount of the rental deposit has been paid, you will receive the contract by email with confirmation of payment.
The balance of 70% is payable 10 days before your arrival date. An email will be sent to you to proceed with payment.
Security deposit
A $350 security deposit is required at the same time as the 70% balance payment. To proceed, we invite you to click on the PayPal link indicated in the rental contract at least 10 days before your arrival date.
An inspection of the chalet will be made by a member of staff before your arrival and following your departure.
This security deposit will be refunded in the week following the stay after inspection if no breakage, damage or uncleanliness has been made during the stay.
If breakage, damage or uncleanliness were noted, we will deduct from the security deposit the amount of the invoice related to the repair, replacement or additional cleaning required by the situation. The invoice, as well as photos, will be sent to you.
Terms of cancelation
If you must cancel your reservation between 1 and 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is possible.
If you cancel between 31 and 45 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation made more than 45 days before the date of your stay, a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
Renting a chalet Laurentides and the owner of the chalet will not reimburse the tenants following unforeseeable situations (power failure, telephone, sewer service or drinking water).
Property regulations
The chalet is a non-smoking property.
Loud parties, excessive noise and outside music are prohibited at all times. If a complaint requiring compensation were made during the duration of the stay, it would be the responsibility of the culprits.
The cottage is privately owned and they expect tenants to keep their property clean and presentable at all times during their stay and upon departure. If cigarette butts or trash are found in the wild, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure their supervision at all times.
The use of services and equipment (electrical, electronic, BBQ, SPA etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.
For a matter of security and insurance, the number of tenants, i.e. people SLEEPING in the rental property, must not exceed the number of people who can be accommodated, which is established at
