View of the mountains and Lake Chapleau.

Private access to the lake with quay and terrace on the water's edge.

No visible neighbor of the chalet. Surrounded by a game forest (deer, turkeys, etc.)

Calm and peaceful place.

Located 5 minutes from a Quad track, 5 minutes from the village, 10 minutes from the Papineau-Labelle reserve, 30 minutes from Tremblant (ski and golf). Snowshoe trails, ice rink and slide available in the village at no charge. Baker, pastry chef, grocery store, SAQ agency, restaurant, gas station, etc. also available in the village.
