Housing
Very beautiful chalet with wooden cathedral roof and large windows where there is a comfortable living room with fireplace and smart TV (Netflix, cable service), board games and karaoke with light shows at your disposal, a dining room accommodating up to ten people as well as a large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and many basic ingredients. All giving access to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the lake with BBQ and another covered with furniture to relax.
The chalet has three bedrooms, one bedroom with king bed overlooking the lake, one with queen bed, one bedroom with double bunk bed downstairs and single upstairs, a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. A sofa convertible into a bed and sofa bed and a queen bed on the lower level as well as a large desk for work TV and a lounge area with 65-inch smart TV.

- Pour une annulation faite plus de 15 jours avant l'arrivée, le propriétaire remboursera 100% du montant .
- Pour une annulation faite plus de 7 jours avant l'arrivée, le propriétaire remboursera 50% du dépôt de réservation.
DÉPÔT EN CAS DE DOMMAGES
En plus du montant de la réservation, un autre montant de $500 sera exigé comme dépôt de sécurité et devra être acquitté par chèque certifié 7 jours avant la date d`arrivée. Le dépôt de sécurité sera remis au Locataire 7 jours après la fin de la période de location après inspection des lieux .

The rental is payable as follows: When booking, the full amount will be paid (interac transfer or money) For a cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival, the owner will refund 100% of the amount of the reservation. For a cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival, the owner will refund 50% of the amount of the reservation.
