Located in a private domain 8 minutes from the slopes of Tremblant and 5 minutes from Lac Mercier, the XO Tremblant is an urban oasis in the heart of nature. Perched on a rock, the chalet offers a modern decor away from the neighborhood. The chalet is connected by Bell Fibe with high speed internet for teleworkers and fans of streaming TV.
XO Tremblant offers 5 bedrooms with private bathroom. A dining room with 10 seats and a common open area where the kitchen does not miss anything going on in the living room while keeping an eye on the warmth of the fireplace and the panoramic landscape offered upstairs. There are 2 smart TVs which allow you to access your Netflix / Crave account and which offer some cable channels including sports channels. There are 2 living areas: one upstairs and the other on the ground floor.
The chalet has 3 levels of terrace: on the roof where armchairs welcome you with a view of the Tremblant region, upstairs with an outdoor dining room and a Napoleon bbq for a discerning chef and on the ground floor with a 6-seater spa, a sauna with a panoramic view of the exterior and a space to end your evenings by a campfire.
XO Tremblant is the place of choice for all occasions: whether it is to meet up with family, relax with friends or for a corporate retreat.

PAYMENT
_50_% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rental is payable _45__ days preceding the start date of the stay.
When the reservation is made less than __45__ days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $ 1000 is required and payable 48 hours prior to the start date of stay.
TAXES
The following taxes are applicable to the total amount of the rental:
- Quebec lodging tax of 3.5%
- 5% GST
- 9.975% QST
MINIMUM AGE
The person making the reservation must be over 25 years of age and be present for the duration of the stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The basic chalet occupancy is for 10 and the maximum chalet occupancy is 12 people. ALL VISITORS MUST HAVE LEAVED THE SITE BY 11:00 PM.
If the maximum occupancy is not met a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
SMOKING
Chalet XO Tremblant is non-smoking.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed. A fine of $ 250 will be deducted from the security deposit, if the presence of pets is confirmed during your stay, and you will be charged for any damage / cleaning charges caused by the presence of pets.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
It is a contactless reception. That being said, random in-person surveillance could be done during the stay.
Arrival time: 6 p.m.
Departure time: 11 a.m.
Note that exterior cameras are located at the front entrance as well as at the rear entrance of the property.
CANCELATION
All cancellations must be made by written notice to the Lessor (by email). In the event of cancellation, a fee of $ 125 will be retained from the initial deposit.
If the cancellation notice is received more than _45_ days before the start date of the stay, the 50% deposit will be returned to the tenant less the $ 125 fee.
If the cancellation is made less than __45_ days preceding the start date of the stay, the initial 50% deposit will be retained by the Lessor, the rest of the rental fees as well as the security deposit will be returned to the Lessee.
If the cancellation is made 30 days before the start date of the stay, the Tenant will be required to pay the full amount of the rental, except the security deposit for breakage and damage which will be returned to him.
