Listra is a 1,439 sf 2-story chalet and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is cozy and bright with new, modern furnishings. It will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
At the heart of the home is an open-plan living room that connects to a dining area and kitchen. This dramatic living room is framed by a double row of glass windows and doors. A sectional couch sits across from a gas fireplace and a big screen smart TV.
Between the fully equipped kitchen and living room is a dining area with a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is beautifully designed and has all new, premium stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room has a sliding-glass doors that leads directly to the outdoor terrace. The master bathroom and has a rainfall shower. Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a combination bathtub with shower.
Bedrooms three and four are located upstairs on the second floor. Bedroom three has a double size bed and the fourth bedroom has two single-size beds. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom which has a rainfall shower.
From the living room you can access the outdoor deck through two sliding-glass doors. At one end of the deck there is a sitting area with a cushioned sectional sofa. At the other end is a BBQ, table and 6 chairs which is perfect for dining outside. At the side of the house is a private hot tub with a beautiful outside fireplace accompanied with a sitting area made from rocks.

50% of full payment upon booking. The rest of the payment is required 7 days before your arrival.
A security deposit of $1000 is required and must be paid in full before your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded a maximum of 3 days after your stay and after inspection of the property.
In case of cancellation:
No refund 14 days before your arrival date.
50% of the full payment will be retained 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Regulations:
Access to the property : You will receive a code 48 hours before your arrival. In case the code doesn't work, don't worry, a key box is available on site.
Parking: The parking lot at the entrance of the chalet can accommodate 4 vehicles.

SPA
It is forbidden to drink anything other than water or eat in the spa.
The owners of the chalet will not be held responsible for any event causing injury, death, loss of personal effects, or any damage affecting the personal property of the tenant and his guests.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
The tenant is responsible for material damage occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, with the exception of damage resulting from a construction defect, a lack of maintenance, disasters natural and technological properties, and any damage normally covered by the lessor's home insurance policy. The Lessee agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from any claim made by anyone resulting from the damage for which he is responsible.
Number of people in the chalet
The number of people must in no case exceed the limit of reception of the house unless an agreement previously agreed with the owner. The reservation must be made for the total number of people who will accompany you.
WASTE AND RECYCLING
When full or at the end of your stay, bin bags should be taken to the bins. It is located 1 minute BY CAR from the chalet at the corner of rue du Mont Sanford and Chemin Everest. The yellow bin is for recycling bags.
WATER USE DURING YOUR STAY
Please use water sparingly and without excess.
SECURITY CAMERA
We have a security camera located in the main entrance to the property.
WORKSPACE
A work space has been set up in the bedroom on the ground floor for your comfort and privacy.
BEDDING
Extra sheets and towels are available on request.
