It is a high-end house, built in 2020, which is located on an enchanting site in Brébeuf. The furniture is new and you will be well installed in this residence where your can enjoy life. It is located near the heart of the village of Brébeuf, 20 minutes from the mountain of Mont-Tremblant and 15km from Mont Blanc. Come discover the pleasures of the Laurentians, regardless of the season. The Rouge River, 2km away, offers you an exceptional beach to enjoy the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has an open concept to the dining room and the living room. The light enters warmly through the many windows on the ground floor. Come and enjoy this house with family or friends.
