You will be welcomed by the friendly owners Nancy and Heiko. Secure shed for your equipment and free parking. Taxes for the published rates: Taxes extra

Prices do not include taxes. Lodging tax of 3.5%, GST 5%, QST 9.975%. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required to validate your reservation with Visa or Mastercard. The full balance will be paid one month before your arrival. 50% of this deposit is not refundable.

The total amount of the rental is required if the reservation is made less than 30 days before the date of your stay. The rental is payable by credit card. If canceled more than 30 days before the date of stay, 50% of the deposit will be retained by the owner as compensation and the rest will be refunded. No amount is refundable within thirty (30) days of your arrival date.

Any transaction without provision, automatically entails the cancellation of the reservation.

Card holder is responsible for damages incurred during stay.

The Tenant must take note of the House Rules upon arrival is responsible for transmitting the information to all occupants present during the stay.

The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions binds a contract between the following two parties: the Applicant appearing on the Booking Form (the Tenant) and the owner of the Inn.

The Tenant represents, warrants, subscribes, acknowledges, agrees and agrees with the Owner that he will use the Inn, its grounds and equipment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the Rules of the Agreement.

The tenant does so at its own risk and releases the Owner from any claim resulting from injury, illness, or death, loss or damage regardless of cause to persons or property of Tenant, his family, guests , its visitors, its servants and agents during or after the time of occupation.

The occupation of the property is restricted to the number of people registered on the Invoice.It is possible, to increase the number of occupants, this up to the maximum occupancy of 19 for sleeping, 40 in the dining room, notifying the owner a day in advance.

Tenants who have guests on the property in excess of the pre-authorized number (specifically the number listed on the Invoice) are subject to an immediate eviction without refund or a penalty of $ 200 (plus tax) per night, per additional guest, at the discretion of the Owner.

Camps, tents, trailers, trailers or other additional accommodations will not be permitted

Once a reservation has been accepted by the owner, it can only be transferred to another person by treating the original reservation as a cancellation.

Although every effort is made to ensure that all the equipment and devices advertised are in working order at the beginning of the occupancy period, no reduction in rates, rebates or refunds will be made for mechanical breakdowns of air conditioners, washing dishes, washers, dryers, televisions and other non-essential appliances.

The basic amenities refer to the water supply system, plumbing, electrical system, major appliances such as refrigerator and stove.

It is expected that the Tenant will return the Inn in the same condition as it is upon arrival and is responsible for storing the rooms, accessories and furniture prior to departure and for placing garbage and recycling (properly sorted) in appropriate outside containers.

The tenant agrees to pay the Owner the value of said parts of property destroyed or damaged.Tenant will have to leave the Inn  in a state of cleanliness and general order suitable, similar to the state in which he found it.

The Tenant agrees to take all reasonable precautions in the use of the inn and the property.The tenant recognizes that he is responsible for his own safety, that of his family, his friends, visitors, guests, servants and representatives.

If a breakage should occur to a fundamental element such as the water supply system, plumbing, electrical system, major appliances such as the refrigerator or the stove, every effort will be made to repair or replace them, an appropriate refund will be offered to the Tenant as compensation for the inconvenience.

This compensation does not apply to breakage caused by misuse such as blocking caused by improper use of sanitary facilities.

Internet service can not be guaranteed by the Owner.

Certain environmental conditions may disrupt or even interrupt the signal as well as the satellite for community television.

The curfew is at 23:00 hr, in case of celebration, you must respect the neighbors.

If the Owner receives a complaint for noise from the police service, the Tenant will be warned, if a second complaint follows the tenants will automatically be evicted without refund.

Smoking/vaping is forbidden inside, the tenant will be charged $500

Animals are absolutely forbidden, the tenant will be charged $500

No camp fires allowed on the property

We reserve the right to enter the Inn at any time for the purpose of service and/or security.
