Small kitchenette, crockery, bathroom with toilet and sink, auxiliary heating and electrical outlets. Each trailer is equipped with a fire pit and a picnic table.

• Minimum stay of two nights required for cottages (3 nights for long weekends, St-Jean-Baptiste, Confederation, Labor Day, thanksgiving).
• The payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the stay is required when booking a chalet or room, when the reservation is made more than 31 days before the date of arrival.
• The balance of the stay will be automatically deducted 30 days before arrival for the reservation of a chalet.
• The payment of a deposit equivalent to the entire stay is required when booking a chalet when the reservation is made less than 30 days before the date of arrival.
• If cancellation between 8 months to 31 days from the date of arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of 30%.
• If cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, no refund in all situations.
• All chalets and rooms are non-smoking and vaping is prohibited
• Pets are not allowed.
• Anyone who contravenes either of these two regulations will have to pay a fee of $200.
