Join us at this meeting point between Montreal and Abitibi. We ask our guests to respect the regulations of the city of Chute-Saint-Philippe regarding noise disturbance. For more information, please contact the host. References required for group rentals of individuals aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise disturbance and the owner is fined, the fine will be subsequently billed to the tenant.
IN SUMMER: In addition to having a superb view, you can engage in a multitude of water sports right from your dock (kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boats). In the morning, have your coffee by the lake. In the evening, when the sky is clear, you can admire the stars by the fire.
A private dock is available for you at Lake Rochon. At Domaine du Grand Chevreuil, ride down the mountain biking or ATV trails. Bring your aperitif for a walk in the forest to admire the waterfalls and take a moment to relax.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
- Full refund with a $500 administrative fee if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, but we are able to rent the cottage.
