Very big cottage with a very nice water front. Big patio with gazebo. No cottage in front. Clean water. Motor accepted on lake but still bery quiet. No close neighboor. Dock perfect for swimming. BBQ, dishwasher, fireplace, Oak bar.

This big cottage has 3 floors. No rugs. In the basement you will find a real Oak bar, a pool table, a Xbox 360 with a 60 inches TV and a hockey table. Perfect for all the family. All to enjoy your vacation!
On the first floor is a full kitchen very fonctional that has 4 stools. There is 2 place to eat and one has a "banquette", perfect for kids. Very big washroom with bath and separate shower. Total of 4 closed bedrooms with one on the first floor.

Price for 8 persons. Add 30$ per person per night for the 9th and 10th. Price for school break, Quebec construction and Christmas are based upon full occupancy (10 persons). Add $100 for cleaning and an extra $100 per pet upon the owner approval.
