An additional bathroom with an oversized shower and two sinks, laundry room, and a comfortable walk-out den complete the basement.

- 50% of the total reservation is due with booking as a deposit.
- The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
- A refundable security deposit of $1500 is due at booking
- For cancellations 31 days or more before the stay, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be provided.
- Cancellations between 1 and 30 days before the arrival date, no refund
- Pricing does not include cleaning during the stay, which must be added at least once every two weeks at the rate of $250 per cleaning.
