We have what you need with our magnificent new chalet with 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, an inflatable mattress, two floor mattresses and a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms (2 complete), spa, magnificent view of the lake, access to the lake about 1.5 km away (pedal boat, inflatable paddle board, an adult kayak and a child's kayak), Internet, Netflix, 150,000 square foot land without immediate neighbor, marked trail for snowshoeing directly on site, foosball table, 72-inch long electric fireplace, projector, slow combustion fireplace, bbq, outdoor fireplace, air conditioning and many other assets! We are located in Ste-Marguerite-Du-Lac-Masson!
The cottage is on a private domain bordering Lake Walfred for swimming and navigable only for any type of non-motorized boat. The lake is also full of fish for the pleasure of fishermen.
Our chalet offers you a panoramic view of Lake Walfred.

The project offers activities for each season including: a golf course less than 2 minutes away, the Petit train du Nord bike and pedestrian path less than 6 km away, 5 minutes from a sugar shack and a show, riding center less than 5 km away and 3 km away is the Marina du Lac Masson for the rental of motorized boats. In winter, several ski resorts for all caliber of skiers within a radius of 12 km, snowmobile rental at 0.5 km. The snowmobile and 4-wheel track with access very close to the domain.
