This small house will charm people looking for a haven of peace for a rejuvenating stay, alone or as a couple. Located on a large plot on the banks of the Doncaster River, its elevated terrace overlooks the mountain, whose colors change with the seasons, as well as the river below whose sound will soothe and lull you.
In a small space where everything has been thought out, you will enjoy the calm of this peaceful place in nature, easily accessible from Montreal. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an adjacent bathroom area where the toilet and shower are located. You will sleep in a hanging queen bed under which there is a sofa area with table.
Its large terrace is one of the major assets of this place, allowing as much to eat on the small table with its two chairs, as to rest in the zero gravity chairs. But above all, you enjoy taking advantage of the 2-seater spa located by the river, as well as the Finnish sauna, deck chairs and swimming in the river!
Bedding and towels are provided. It is possible to benefit from the Wi-Fi network outside the house.
The maisonette is located near the main house, while enjoying an intimacy that will allow you to take time for yourself and leave rested and refreshed.
2 minutes from the village, you will appreciate the proximity to the public beach, the marina, the lake, the restaurants and the shops of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson.
Terms and conditions
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount (before taxes) is required at the time of reservation. The balance is payable 10 days before the date of arrival. A security deposit of $350.00 must be given when the keys are handed over, which will be refunded to you upon your departure in the event that no damage or breakage has been caused during the stay.

*CHALET RULES*
1• You must be aged 28 or over and be present for the entire duration of your stay to rent a chalet.
- Check-in can be done any time after 4:00 p.m. The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00 am. You can request for a Check-in earlier than 4:00 p.m. or a Check-out after 11:00 a.m., but we cannot guarantee this request and we will be able to give you an official answer only 24 hours in advance.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the chalet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Upon departure, leave the premises, chalet, furniture and accessories in the same condition as upon arrival and in their original location.
- We reserve the right to accept or not pets in the chalet, depending on the number of animals, age and race. Additional charges will apply. Whatever the pet, it should not climb on the sofas or enter the rooms.
- Parties and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $350.00 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have excessive noise detection systems outside the chalet.
- If the chalet is left in a messy state, we will charge $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. Household waste must not be accumulated inside the chalet. They must be wrapped in plastic bags and placed in the black and green outdoor bins provided for this purpose, on the way guests must wash their dishes before check-out
- Guests are not allowed to directly book our cottage unless they have verified ID and profile picture of their face on Airbnb. We do not discriminate, we just want to know who we are renting our property to.
- Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the chalet. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
- If more guests than the number initially indicated in the booking are sleeping at the chalet, the security deposit will be fully charged and we will ask that the initial number of guests mentioned in the booking be respected from then on.
- If you notice anything that presents a hazard that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
- If you delay the work of the housekeeping attendants at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.
12. The owner of the chalet is not held responsible for any consequences arising from serious or fatal injuries, thefts, loss of personal property.
- the owner of the chalet will not reimburse the tenants following unforeseeable situations (power failure, telephone failure, sewer service or drinking water).
