Description
Located in Sainte-Adèle, in the magnificent region of the Laurentians, this former inn has been renovated in order to be rented in its entirety, to accommodate large family, friendly or corporate groups. Whether it's a weekend with your loved ones or for a work meeting, Le Clair Matin offers everything you need for a hassle-free stay.
Several activities are possible on site; including swimming in the heated inground pool during summer, or even relaxing in the private 4-season hot tub. You will also find outside a site for your campfires for your evenings. For those who want to stretch their legs, walking trails are accessible from the cottage to get to the river flowing at foot of the hill. Note that the trail is steep in places, however. The trail takes you on a small public path that runs along the river.
A large parking area is also available on the property itself.
The property can accommodate up to 45 people (43 sleeping places) thanks to its many common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, in two sections, where you will have everything you need to cook your group meals. At the end of the corridor is the dining room and the living room, as well as the access to the screened veranda where you will have other seats for those who would like to eat outside. In the living room, you can prepare a small fire in the stone fireplace. Firewood is provided.
The cottage has 17 bedrooms, for a total of 23 beds to sleep 43 people.
