- The chalet is located approximately 15 minutes by car from 4 ski mountains (Chantecler, Olympia, Saint-Sauveur and Belle Neige).
- You will benefit from snowshoe and cross-country ski trails just at the bottom of the lot (the Johannsen)
- Doncaster River Park 2 km (on foot)
- Cross-country skiing at the Petit Train du Nord
In summer :
- Access to the Lac Deauville beach (kayak, paddleboard, canoe, games for children, volleyball)
- Hiking, mountain biking
- 5 minutes from the Alpine golf course
