- We rent for the season only for a period of 3 to 6 months, due to local regulations.
-No party or large gatherings
-No smoking and pets under very strict conditions.
- Prices subject to change.
- - Cleaning fee 200$ Cad Which will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Pets: 150$ Cad. (Limit 1)
- - Paypal, bank transfer, interac accepted
- - A deposit of 50% is requested when booking.
- - The balance is payable one month before the scheduled date of arrival, possibility of monthly payment on the 1st of each month, by interac transfer or bank transfer.
- -A security deposit of Cad$ 1500 is requested at the time of payment and refunded no later than one week after departure.
