    Get ready for an amazing vacation on the waterfront of Lake St-Joseph - a clear and navigable lake - in the magnificent Laurentians ! Less than 1-hour from Montreal.

    Enjoy the charms and tranquility that a vacation by the lake offers all year round as the cottage is enjoyable in summer and winter! Close to many ski hills and the St-Sauveur village!

    Lake St-Joseph is a navigable lac (motorized boats allowed!) with clear water. You may rent, canoe, kayak, pedalo minutes from the cottage. For your enjoyment, a canoe is at your disposal with life jackets (adults and kids).

    Offering a spectacular lake view, this lakefront cottage has 3 bedrooms. A huge terrace will give you the impression that you are directly on the lake as you sit and relax on our cozy outdoor sofas. The lower level has a large patio with sofas and gives you direct access to the garden.

    The open-concept dining room and living room with cathedral ceilings and large windows facing the lake allows you to fully enjoy this enchanting site. The fireplace gives a warm ambience to the space and the large kitchen with island is fully equipped for your enjoyment. The living has a Smart TV with Netflix. The master bedroom has large lakeside windows to enjoy the morning lake view. Two other bedroom are available. 

    Bedding and indoor towels are provided.

     Check-in: 3PM / Check-out: 11AM

    *If the cottage is available, it will be our pleasure to offer you a late departure (6PM) for a $75 supplement*


    RESERVATION:

    **Driver license with picture or valid passport required for person signing contract (mandatory).

    **All guests must be 28 years old unless a parent is present on premises.

    **Payment by Interac transfer.

    **Deposit of 50% of rental value required for reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is done 30 days or less before arrival, full payment is required. If reservation is $1000 or less, full payment is required.

    **Security deposit of $500 required upon reservation or with remaining balance payment.

    **After inspection of premises, deposit will be refunded within five (5) days.

    An extensive network of 80 km of cross country ski trails and snowshoeing, hiking, outdoor base, biking and snowmobiling.

    Seven (7) minutes from the beach in Sainte-Agathe, its terraces and its summer theater (The Patriot).

    Twenty (20) minutes from St-Sauveur to enjoy its water park, over 80 restaurants and all the festivals throughout the year.

    Several golf courses are nearby and a zipline park.

    Grocery, bakery, pharmacy, hardware store, playground, restaurants, spas, snowmobile rental center, ATV, boat (motor boat, pontoon ... etc.), outdoor center (youth and adults), golf club, climbing, camping, etc.

    *Weekends (2 nights): $475 to $550

    *Weekends (3 nights): $650 to $850

    *Low Season Sept-June (7 nights): $950

    *Spring Break: $1400

    *Summer (7 days) June to Sept, except Construction Holiday: $1600

    *Construction Holiday (7 days): $1800

    *Christmas week (7 nights): $1600

    *New Year's week (7 nights): $1700

    Cleaning fee: $125 / $150 (week plus)

     

    RULES:

    *All guests must be 28 years old unless the parent is present on premises.

    *Two cars maximum at all times.

    *No outside noise after 10PM (municipal by-law).

    *No fireworks (municipal by-law).

    *No watercrafts except the ones bellowing to the owner (municipal by-law).

    *No animals.

    *No smoking.

    *You must leave the cottage as you found it at your arrival.

  • The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

    The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

    • The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
    • Its appearance;
    • Its cleanliness.

    The classifier also looks at:

    • Services offered;
    • Certain environmental considerations.
