We ask the tenants to respect the peacefulness of the property, to keep it clean and to respect the environment. The lake is a fragile ecosystem and needs to be carefully protected. Also, we ask that fishing be done responsibly since the lake is small.

Firewood is included.

The tenant must respect the maximum number of residents.

The tenant must also pay a security deposit, which will be returned after inspection of the premises.

When signing the lease, the tenant will pay 50 % of the amount, the rest to be paid the first day of the rental period.
