Non-refundable rental. 1st month payable at the signing of the rental contract. The other months are payable on the 1st day of each month. It is possible to pay several months at the signing of the contract. A deposit of 1000$ is required from the tenants and will be refunded within 10 working days following the last day of the rental contract provided that the premises are returned in the same condition as when the keys were received. If the premises are dirty or damaged a share or the entire amount of the deposit will be retained by the landlord. If the amount of damage is greater than the deposit, an assessment of damage repair will be made and invoiced to the tenant registred in the contract.
Animals accepted with conditions(300$ cleaning fee). Non-smoking interior area. The rental contract includes 2 appendix; an appendix for the inventory of the premises and the other for the regulations of the building and its uses.
The tenant must leave before 3 p.m. on the last day of the rental agreement or before. Before leaving the tenant must notify the landlord.
