The Chalet Blue Jay is a beautiful log cabin located on a private lot of over 85,000 ft2 in the prestigious Fiddler Lake Resort, ideal for groups up to 12 persons. Sheltered from neighbours and prying eyes, you will be sure to find peace and privacy and fully enjoy your vacation! Relax in complete serenity in our outdoor hot tub and dry sauna (all year round) and enjoy our 100% private in-ground heated swimming pool (open from June to the end of September). Pool table, ping pong table, poker table, indoor and outdoor fireplaces included. You also have access to Fiddler Lake, less than 3 minutes' walk from the chalet.

100% private facilities at Chalet Blue Jay (not shared):

New: as an option when booking, you now have access to the activities of the Domaine du Lac Fiddler recreational center, located a 5-10 minute walk from the chalet.

• Available all year round: heated indoor swimming pool (shared pool)
• In winter: access to the outdoor ice rink, loan of snowshoes for hiking, slides for children.
• In summer: access to the heated outdoor swimming pool of the Recreation Center (shared pool), access to the dock and boats (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and pedal boats), tennis courts and outdoor games for kids.

This beautiful and spacious Canadian-style log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave, and other amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine and a dryer are also provided.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- 1 large living room with wood fireplace
- 1 large kitchen with a central island, ideal for cook and sharing good times with family and friends
- 1 master bedroom with 1 King size bed and full private bathroom
- 1 large bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and full private bathroom
- Access to the spacious wooden deck with its gas-fired BBQ, and outside table with benches

On the garden level, you will find:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed each
- 1 large playroom with a pool table and a poker table
- 1 lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa, satellite TV and home-entertainment centre, including a Bluetooth sound system.
- 2 convertible sofa beds (1 double + 1 Single) + 1 Single bed
- 1 shared bathroom with shower

Outside you will find:
- 1 hot tub for 8 persons (available all-year round)
- 1 dry sauna for 8 persons (available all-year round)
- 1 private inground heated swimming pool with comfortable long chairs (open from June 1st to the end of September, depending on weather conditions)

Chalet Blue Jay is the perfect location for receptions (weddings, birthdays, etc.) and corporate events. Our current maximum capacity is 58 people split between 5 cottages (Chalet Silver Fox - 12 persons + Chalet White Wolf - 12 persons + Chalet Blue Jay - 12 persons, Chalet White Rabbit - 10 persons + Chalet Red Deer - 12 persons... just steps away from each other!).

Chalet Blue Jay is the perfect place for receptions (such as weddings or birthday celebrations), or corporate events (such as team building or offsite meetings). The total capacity is 34 people, split between 3 cottages (Chalet White Wolf and Chalet Silver Fox which are just 3 minutes' walk from Chalet Blue Jay).

IMPORTANT: Chalet Blue Jay is ideal for family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, corporate events and ski weekends. This chalet is NOT suitable for bigger groups, "party animals", graduation parties or other noisy gatherings. We ask our tenants to respect and observe the number of persons agreed on at the time of booking (we monitor of the number of occupants strictly) and refrain from making excessive noise outside after 10pm. We reserve the right to retain some or all your security deposit in case of extreme noise outside after 10pm, or more occupants than originally agreed.

IMPORTANT: Note that prices vary depending on the season (high/medium/low season). To get a quote, please go to our website www.chaletszenya.com or click on the orange "Book Now" button then select your specific dates and indicate the exact number of people (adults/children).

- All applicable taxes will be added at time of booking (15% TPS/TVQ + 3.5% lodging fee) for short term rentals (less than 31 days).

- Base rate for 4 persons. Add $ 100 per night per additional person over 4 years old (there is no charge for children under 4);

- A cleaning fee of $200 applies to all bookings.

- Minimum booking: 2 nights at all times;

- No arrivals or departures on Saturday;

- Reservation deposit: a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in our calendar. The payment is done by credit card on our secured website;

- Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date by credit card;

- A fully refundable security deposit of $2000 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage;

- IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. Also, it is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted; Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;

- Check-in: after 6pm; check-out: before 1pm.
