This cottage is located in the countryside, on Lake George, about 1 hour from Montreal and 15 minutes from Morin-Heights and Saint-Sauveur. With its 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate 8 people comfortably. A toddler/baby bed is also available if you need it.
High quality cottage in compliance with the CITQ requirements, you will appreciate its impeccable cleanliness, abundant windows, extensive wood paneling, as well as the exceptional tranquility and beauty of the surrounding wilderness. Moreover, with its comprehensive equipment, it has all the comfort of home.
The dining room can comfortably sit 10 to 12 guests. Kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery are available and in sufficient quantity for you and your guests.
In summer time, the large patio of 37 m² (400 sq ft) is ideal for activities and meals outdoors. A picnic table and an outdoor fireplace are also available. The waterfront property gives direct and private access to the lake. 4 kayaks and 1 canoe are available. In winter time, you will also find snowshoes and sleds. Board games, books and movies are also available for your enjoyment.
The cottage offers a wonderful view on the lake. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Saint-Jérôme, where you can quickly get to the bike path "le P'tit train du Nord".
In winter time, snowshoeing lovers will be spoiled by the beauty of the forest. You can access a cross-country ski and snowshoe trail network nearby in the area of Morin Heights. Downhill skiing can be practiced at Mont Morin Heights (10 km) and Mont Saint-Sauveur (15 km).
For security, allergy and hygiene reasons, the cottage is NO SMOKING and PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Taxes for the published rates: Tax on lodging extra
APPLICABLE TAXES:
- 3.5% tax on lodging - Only applicable to stay shorter than 32 days (not applicable for 32 days or more).
- No GST or QST.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
- A rental agreement is signed and an initial deposit of 30% must be paid to secure the booking.
- The 70% balance is payable 3 weeks before the date of occupation, along with a security deposit of $300, which is required to get the keys.
- The $300 security deposit is refunded in full within 7 days of your departure provided there has been no damage to the property and the cottage was left in acceptable conditions.
ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the booking is cancelled before the date of occupancy, payments may be refunded if we can get the cottage rented for the entire original period and at the same price. However, a processing fee of $50 will be charged.
- The security deposit, if already paid, is refunded in full in case of cancellation.
- COVID-19: If government-issued public health emergency measures are in effect at the planned rental date, forcing the owner to cancel the booking, the amounts paid by the customer will be refunded in full.
