The chalet has 3 bedrooms, two upstairs and one on the ground floor.
A small bathroom is available upstairs as well as a TV room...
The master bedroom will charm you with its balcony and its magnificent view of the lake and the forest. And nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall or the croaking of frogs!!
And what about this sunrise near a beautiful fire in the wood stove and a good hot chocolate!!
Outside the land is fitted out to please young and old alike!! (outdoor games, lights, sauna, dock with these table and chair lights as well as hammock are at your disposal.
A footpath close to the chalet awaits you!!
The chalet can accommodate up to 6 people.
The convenience store and grocery stores are less than 10 min. The chalet is equipped with three flat screen televisions, DVD (some films on site) satellite cable, barbecue (propane provided), as well as all the essentials for cooking (mixer, fondue dish, raclette, blender, etc.)
Bedding is not included , however, bath towel, dishcloth, hand towel, washcloth are included.
A rowboat and a small canoe are at your disposal.
Possibility to rent kayaks on site and buy wood for outdoor fires at a very reasonable price.
Close to the Montcalm ski resort and Rawdon where you can enjoy various activities such as Arbraska, Rawdon waterfall, Noah's ark, Atlantis amusement center 45 degrees north, Ouareau forest etc ...

Parties are strictly prohibited.
The reservation deposit is not refundable within two weeks of your arrival.
Ice fishing is prohibited.
Renters must be at least 25 years old .
A security deposit of $200 is required when booking, refunded no later than 1 week after your departure if there is no breakage.
Non-smoker, no pets.
Occupancy dates are blocked upon receipt of the reservation deposit.
