Magnificent luxury log cabin fully equipped located on the edge of the forest for 6 to 8 people. (Possibility to sleep 8 but the chalet is more comfortable for 6)

Our accommodation is 4.5 km from Saint Michel des Saints, Lac Taureau Regional Park. It is perfect for couples and families. Located 800 m from Lake Taureau, it combines the amenities of the village while enjoying the peace and quiet of a chalet in the middle of nature.

Access to snowmobile and quad (ATV) trails is very simple.

The first neighbor is not very far in case of problems.

Access

Located 2 hours 30 minutes by car from Montreal. Access to the chalet cleared in winter. Close to quad or snowmobile trails. On the edge of the Mastigouche Park. Located 13 km from the Pointe Fine beach.

The environment

Chalet located 800 m from Lac Taureau, accessible on foot via a small forest path. Possibility to rent canoe, boat or pontoon, motorbike, snowmobile, quad (ATV), side by side in the village of Saint Michel des Saints. Golf located 5 kms.

Housework

Leave the chalet clean when you leave (clean and tidy dishes, trash cans evacuated, vacuum cleaner and mop passed, sanitary cleaned ...).

In case of non-compliance, the sum of $ 80 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning costs.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $900 will be charged at the same time as the final payment (1 month before arrival). It will be returned within 10 days following the departure date. Any costs for non-local phone calls and cleaning fees will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 1 month before the stay date: 50% refunded.

Cancellation 30 days before the stay date: No refund (except the security deposit)

If the balance is not paid 1 month before the stay, it will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
