Small chalet, non smoking, located on the edge of Lake Gauthier and near the main road and the village of Saint-Côme.
Chalet intended for a small family or 2 couples. Maximum of 4 adults is allowed with their children (under 18).
2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 comfortably (1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin bed) plus 2 futons.
No party or loud music allowed, respect of neighbors is very important.
Several activities available nearby:
-Ski: Val St-Côme 5 minutes away
-Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing: Trails 2 minutes from the village
-Canoe/Kayak on the Assomption River: Le Canot Volant 1 minute away
The lake (without motor boats) is made available around mid-May until around mid-October for water activities. It is very safe, shallow. Becomes a river off-season.
1 paddle board, 1 kayak, 1 pedal boat are included as well as life jackets.
Ideal for swimming, the water quality is excellent since it is the Versaille River which flows into the lake and then flows into the Assomption River.
SPA available year round
Chalet intended for monthly rental (April, May, June, September, October and November) or seasonal rental (Summer from July to September or Winter from December till April .

Chalet is fully furnished with appliances (except dishwasher), towels and bedding, lawn mowing, snow removal of parking lot (except access shoveling), electricity, internet, firewood (quantity determined).
Full refund of deposit if canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival. Less than 60 days half of your deposit will be kept. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, entire deposit (50%) will be kept and 14 or less days before arrival, no refund except for the security deposit.
You must sign a holiday lease, contract which will detail, among other things, the rules of the house.

- Driver's licence is required for I.D.
