Small chalet located on the edge of Lake Gauthier and near the main road and the village of Saint-Côme.
The lake (without motor boats) is available around mid-May until around mid-October for water activities since it is emptied for the winter and becomes a river. It is very safe, shallow.
2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat are included as well as life jackets.
Ideal for swimming, the water quality is excellent since it is the Versaille River which flows into the lake and then flows into the Assomption River.

Chalet intended for a small family or 2 couples. Maximum of 4 adults is allowed with their children (under 18). 5 places to sleep comfortably plus 2 futons. (Non-smoking)
No party or loud music allowed, respect of neighbors is very important.
Several activities available nearby:
-Ski: Val St-Côme 5 minutes away
-Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing: Trails 2 minutes from the village
-Canoe/Kayak on the Assomption River: Le Canot Volant 1 minute away

Rental rate includes almost everything.
Included: Furniture, appliances (except dishwasher), towels and bedding, lawn mowing, snow removal of parking lot (except access shoveling), electricity, internet, firewood (quantity determined).
Average rates in high season (mid-Dec, Jan, Feb, mid-March, mid-June, July, August, September, mid-October): $3250-3750/month
Average rates in low season (mid-March, April, May, mid-June, mid-October, November, mid-December): $2500-2750/month
The full amount of the reservation and a security deposit of $1000 is requested 15 days before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you upon departure following the inspection of the premises with you. Any damage or loss of items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Full refund of deposit if canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival. Less than 60 days half of your deposit will be kept. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, entire deposit will be kept and 15 days before arrival, no refund except for the security deposit.
You must sign a holiday lease, contract which will detail, among other things, the rules of the house.
