Travelers who want to stay with us must read the rental contract and confirm that they agree to comply with it, under penalty of expulsion without compensation and a municipal fine.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of identity (copy of both sides of his driving license), he/she must be present for the duration of the stay, the rental for a third party and subletting are strictly prohibited.
REGULATIONS
1. The tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times, no outside noise after 10 p.m. (speak in a low voice); We will not hesitate to keep the entire security deposit (deposit) in the event of excessive noise and/or uproar between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, you could receive a fine from the municipality, which is very strict on this point. therefore NO PARTY WILL BE TOLERATED, under penalty of immediate expulsion, without reimbursement.
2. No additional visitors/guests are permitted. The number of authorized persons indicated in the reservation cannot be exceeded, and this, at no time, without the authorization of the Lessor. No indoor or outdoor gatherings are permitted. Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is carried out by exterior camera, an additional charge of $250 per undeclared person may be billed to you and/or immediate expulsion from the premises, without refund. It is also forbidden to sublet the chalet to anyone.
3. Animals (dog/cat or other) are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, an additional charge of $250 plus the cost of any damages caused by the animal will be billed to you. You may also be charged extra cleaning fees.
4. It is essential to respect the arrival times (between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.) and departure times (before 11 a.m.). If you leave later than 11 a.m. and the maintenance staff has to wait, a fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged. The cleaning team has little time between 2 reservations to carry out all their tasks, compliance with this instruction is very important.
5. It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape any substance whatsoever in the chalet & in the SPA shelter. You must be 9 meters from the house.
6. For safety reasons, never overload the fireplace so no more than 2-3 logs at a time. Always use the spark arrester.
7. It is strictly forbidden to use fireworks, candles and spark sticks.
8. Do not move the furniture inside the chalet. Pay attention to the chalet's equipment, furniture and fittings. Replace outdoor furniture before you leave. All breakage will be charged to you.
9. If using the gas fireplace or air conditioning, close all windows. After use, close the devices. At the end of your stay, turn the thermostats back to 15 degrees.
10. Inform us of broken or missing items so that we can replace them. The Tenant is liable for material damage to the property entrusted during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except for damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered. by the Landlord's home insurance policy. The Lessee agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which he is responsible.
11. The Renter is responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises. The Tenant agrees to respect the rented premises and to return them to the same condition as on arrival. The furniture and objects available to the Tenant must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.
12. Take a shower before using the SPA and do not use sunscreen or any other greasy product, if the water becomes cloudy and must be drained, a $100 fee will be charged.
