There is a bathroom on the ground floor with ceramic shower, glass doors, a 2 nd bathroom with separate shower and bath is at your disposal. Towels, hairdryer, toiletries.

As soon as the booking is official, a deposit of 30% of the stay is requested and will be non-refundable if there was cancellation by you within 60 days before the start of the package.
The balance of the rental balance will be due 30 days before the start date .
The amount of the security deposit is between $ 200 and $ 500 depending on the length of stay (refundable 24 to 48 hours after your departure, following the verification of the premises).
