2 night minimum or the price is the same.
No rental from Saturday, otherwise the price of the weekend will be charged.
All of you must be 25 years of age or older.
No minor (-18 years old) accepted except in the presence of one of his parents.
No rental from Saturday, otherwise you will be charged the full weekend price.
Arrival: 16 p.m.
Departure: 11 a.m. or 3 p.m. or depending on availability.

Payments and security deposit are made as follows: Interac e-Transfer
Photo of driver's license (in full) and or valid passport with photo (mandatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).
Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.
- 30% deposit payable on reservation (30 days and more).
- Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).
- For periods between July 1 and September 4, we require a reservation deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- A security deposit is required 7 days before the reservation date and will be returned to you within 7 days of the rental end date after inspection of the chalet ($500.00).
- Refund Policy: 30 days or more: 100% refund. 30 days and less: a total refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to re-rent the period on the same dates and same price, which had been initially rented. (otherwise we will keep the difference or full payment).
- 30 days and less: no refund. If we have not been able to rebook the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full.
