This 3-storey building in a rustic / modern style built in 2021, houses a high-end wooden chalet of the piece-on-piece type and frame of the beams and posts type. It confers a warm and spectacular environment in a modern comfort. An authentic BOREAL!!!
Built at the very top of the hill, its SW orientation and its fully glazed facade offers a splendid view of the western mountains and the view is simply breathtaking. You will have the feeling of living on the clouds, even in sunny weather!
After crossing the threshold of our magnificent red door, you will enter a vast, unobstructed and open-air space. This will therefore be the beginning of your own adventure with family or friends. The suite belongs to you and the memories will be multiple.
You will appreciate this rustic/industrial decor, carefully arranged with the elements in place: the warmth of the woodwork, the view of the mountains and the feeling of freedom offered by the cathedral ceiling that can be illuminated in the evening.
The ground floor offers a very well equipped and organized kitchen. There are large work surfaces as well as a large central island with 4 stools. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The living room is spacious and comfortable with its 2 leather sofas. Its cathedral ceiling is spectacular and in the center of the room, there is a majestic gas fireplace that can warm your hearts in cold weather. The focal point of this room is our grand central stringer staircase leading to the mezzanine. There is also a full bathroom with 2 sink stations, and a large double ceramic shower with glass door.
Upstairs offers 2 closed bedrooms with queen size bed, 3-drawer desk, bedside table and wardrobe with hangers.
Our 4 bedrooms are well appointed and you will be delighted by the comfort of our mattresses and the choice of our pillows and bedding. A spa area laid out under a waterproof balcony will enchant you.

General rental conditions
Chalet rules apply to all members of your party. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of all other persons on the rented premises.
Arrival time is from 4 p.m. and departure time is before 11 a.m.
The tenant may not assign his rental rights or sublet the building.
It is forbidden to install or stay in an accessory building (tent, trailer, RV, etc.).
The furniture and objects available to the tenant must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.
The tenant is responsible for any damaged furniture or object, for any damage caused to the rented premises, including the land and outdoor equipment.
It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of people who can sleep in the chalet (10 adults) without the consent of the owners under penalty of expulsion, without refund, if non-compliance.
Party, music and noise pollution
Municipal by-law #339-2000 of the city of Saint-Côme prohibits disturbing the peace between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Dog and cat
No animals allowed at the chalet unless you have received the owner's agreement beforehand.
Barbecue
A propane BBQ is available.
Clean the grill according to use (no food or other major damage) and
Close the tank after each use to prevent leaks.
Fireplaces and outdoor fire
Outdoor wood fires are permitted only in the designated area (unless prohibited by the city in case of high fire risk). Avoid making too big a fire and be sure to put it out completely when you're done admiring it. You must bring your wood to make a fire outside.
No fireworks are allowed (municipal by-law). You are responsible for the amanda as well as that of the owner in case of non-compliance and the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
Washer and dryer are available in the cottage.
We recycle what is possible.
For security reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the chalet.
Please do not take bath towels, sheets and blankets out of the chalet.
Avoid bringing glass outside; it's so good to walk barefoot.
We supply certain products in small quantities to help you out. When these reserves are exhausted, it is up to you to replace them according to your needs for the rest of your stay. Here is the list of these items:
-Salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar;
-Dish soap;
-Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues;
-Small white garbage bag and big black bag.
Price and payment
The price excludes cleaning fees.
It is subject to the lodging tax (3.5% of the night for a stay of less than 32 days) and the GST/QST.
The landlord collects them with the amount of the rental and must pay them back.
To confirm your reservation, you must make a deposit of 30% of the total amount by interac transfer to the landlord's email address. This amount is non-refundable.
The balance of payment is due 2 days before your arrival, also payable by interac transfer. This amount is non-refundable.
Security deposit
You will be required to make a security deposit of $1000 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation
You can cancel your reservation 7 days before the date of your arrival.
