Contemporary chalet, located near the charming villages Esterel, Sainte-Marguerite-du-lac-Masson, between 2 major tourist centers: Lanaudière and Laurentians in a small gem of an estate on the shores of Lake Fidèle (without motor) less than an hour away from Montreal.
The cottage has a breathtaking view of the lake and its woods through its large windows. This top-of-the-range chalet promises you memorable moments with your family and/or your friends.
Spring/Summer: 6-person SPA, Kayak, Pedalo, Swimming in the lake, Fishing (trout and bullhead), Campfire, Hiking or activities at the Ouareau or Arbraska Forest Regional Park, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin and Spa La Source in Rawdon, Esterel golf course, Quad, etc.
Fall/Winter: SPA on site, beautiful snowshoe hikes or cross-country skiing on the lake, downhill skiing at Ski Garceau, La Réserve or Montcalm, SPA La Source or dog sledding in Rawdon, mountain biking trails, etc.
Outside: Flat land in front of the lake. 6-seater 4-season SPA and outdoor fireplace area with outdoor chairs.
Large Veranda to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a good book early in the morning or in the afternoon!
On the ground floor with cathedral ceiling and open area we find:
Dining room with terrace with BBQ area (propane gas, which operates year-round). The very modern kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, drinking water from the well, etc.
Sofa, TV and a magnificent contemporary gas fireplace for a warm atmosphere. To be used during the winter period (Nov. to March).
1 bathroom with shower and bath (towels are not provided).
2 closed bedrooms with Queen bed.
On the ground floor: Games room with a large patio door facing the lake, TV, air-hockey table and a Foosball table.

Bedding (sheets and duvets) and all cleaning products are provided.

Cleaning fees ($225 +tx) and applicable taxes must be added to the rental rate (3.5% accommodation, GST and QST)
Rates are for 8 people. Additional occupants rate (Max 11): $50 / night per person $25 / night per child
Minimum rental of 3 nights during week. You must be 25 and over to rent and sign the agreement. Cleaning are include.
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the place must be respected at all times;
50% deposit (by Interac e-Transfer) is required to secure your reservation (non-refundable deposit). The final payment and the $1000 security deposit is payable by Interac 7 days before arrival date. Your security deposit will be fully refunded at departure time if no damage is found and the chalet is delivered in the same condition as upon arrival;
Check in time is 5pm and the checkout time is 12pm.
