- It is forbidden to smoke in the chalet and please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or in nature.
- Animals are not allowed, except when authorized by the Landlord.
- The Tenant must notify the Landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The Tenant is responsible for material damage occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except for damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the Lessor's home insurance policy. The Tenant undertakes to keep the Landlord clear and free from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damages for which he is responsible.
- The Renter is held responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises.
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the rented premises and to return them to the same condition as on arrival. The furniture and objects available to the Tenant must be treated with care and used only for the use for which they are intended.
- The Tenant undertakes to use only the rented premises and to respect the spaces of neighbors and residents of the area.
- The Tenant is responsible for any damaged furniture or object, for any damage caused to the rented premises, including the land and outdoor equipment.
- The Tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. The Tenant must stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside the unit. After 8 p.m., outside noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Defects noted by the Tenant during the rental period must be reported immediately.
- The number of persons authorized per accommodation unit indicated in this present contract cannot be exceeded at any time.
