In full nature, on the shores of a private lake, called Lac Lavigne, this is where you will fully unwind from your homely routine. Only 10 minutes from the village of Sainte-Béatrix, in the beautiful region of Lanaudière, you will find this cottage located on a huge wooded land. This large wooded lot of almost 200 acres is shared with only 2 other cottages.
At all season, come and refuel your energy; calm and nature are omnipresent. In summer, the lake invites you to swim, it is fed by several small sources of water. Motor boats are prohibited, but if you have a rowing boat, do not hesitate to bring it for your stay. We also leave 2 kayaks for your stay. Take note that fishing isn't allowed. A large yard awaits you where the children can play, while you could be relaxing in the sun on the terrace.
In winter, don't forget your snowshoes. You can go hiking in the forest. In the beautiful region of Lanaudière, winter activities abound. Bring your skis and go to one of the nearby ski centers (Ski Val Saint-Côme or Ski Montcalm). You will also be at about 20 minutes from the Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha and the Montagne Coupée for cross-country skiing. The cottage can also be accessed by snowmobile via the snowmobile trail #349 of the Circuit du Montagnard.

This room, with its bay windows all along the outdoor terrace, offer you a privileged view of nature and the water. The property has 3 closed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ground floor: Open area with living room, dining room and kitchen / 1 closed bedroom / bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: Living room / 2 closed bedrooms / bathroom with shower and washer-dryer.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
