Fully renovated 2 bedroom home on an acre of land surrounded by trees. Situated on a quiet street near Rawdon Lake. Conveniently located to town, with access to many stores and outdoor activities within minutes from the house (Hiking, Swimming, Fat biking, Mountain biking, Snowshoeing, Cross country ski, downhill ski (8km), Ziplining, Spa, skating, etc.). 5 Minute walk to 18 hole golf course (Rawdon Golf Course) and 5 min drive to an outdoor Nordic spa and the Rawdon beach (water sport rentals). There is so much to do in Rawdon (possibilities are endless).
The house is beautifully furnished and can cofortably accommodate 6 people. It has 6 appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer). There is an indoor & outdoor wood fireplace. Lots of linens / towels. Fully stocked kitchen. TV with Roku, stereo, games, etc. Everything you need for your time away from home.

Minimum age required for cottage rental
You must be 25 or older and have to be present during your stay in order to rent this home. No pets or smoking in the house.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The final payment must be paid on day of arrival.
Payment can be made by cash via eTransfer or a credit card using PayPal (you will be sent a request for payment if this is your preference).
Cancellation
- Should you need to cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date a 50% fee will be retained.
- In case of a cancellation made more than 60 days before your arrival date, the deposit (50% of your total cost) will be refunded.
