Description
4 Bedroom Chalet on Rawdon Lake. Perched on a hill overlooking the lake (with direct access). The back deck welcomes sunsets. Outdoor space with fireplace (2 locations). A special landing below that is private houses another fireplace. Walk down the stairs to the dock where you can spend the day soaking in the sun, swimming or exercising (3 kyacks and 1 peddle boat). All rooms offer amazing views of the lake. The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals. We are minutes from the Rawdon golf course, where you can also rent mountain bikes, cross counrtry skies or snow shoes. So much to do in Rawdon. !0 minute drive to La Source Spa and Tree treking (ziplining). 5 minute drive to Queen street where you will find many shops. Several grocery stores, SAQ, pharmacies, etc. etc. We promise you will love our home and alll that Rawdon offers. Come and see...
Rates and regulations

Rental type: Short stay
Taxes for the published rates: Taxes included
$300.00 per night or $2100.00 per week (7 nights) or $6000.00 per month (31 days)
Christmas holidays between December 19 and January 2 rates are $375 per night.
Plus:
3.5% Lodging fee
$120.00 for Cleaning
$500.00 Security deposit (refunded within 48 hours after you depart assuming there is no damage)
Minimum age required for cottage rental
You must be 25 or older and have to be present during your stay in order to rent this home. No pets or smoking in the house.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The final payment must be paid on day of arrival.
Payment can be made by cash via eTransfer or a credit card using PayPal (you will be sent a request for payment if this is your preference).
Cancellation
- Should you need to cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date a 50% fee will be retained.
- In case of a cancellation made more than 60 days before your arrival date, the deposit (50% of your total cost) will be refunded.

- Check-in is 4:00PM
- Check-out is 11:00AM
