COTTAGE RENTAL - LE PAPILLON DE MANDEVILLE
This superb property is situated in Mandeville Lanaudière directly on the banks of the Mastigouche River which will charm you as much as the interior with ubiquitous woodwork as by its ideal location in the heart of nature.
The cottage is perfect for meetings with family and friends. In the summer take advantage of all the space offered by this filed to play sports and let the children play outside! A volleyball court has been set up there. You can cool off in the river and even go explore it abroad one of the kayaks provided.
For outdoor fanatics, many hiking trails are nearby and in the beautiful Lanaudière region for hours of fun. You can reach the snowmobile and ATV trails from the cottage.
You can end the day with a good meal on the BBQ or by relaxing around a campfire by the water's edge, listening to the streaming water and the crackle of the fire. A private 4 season spa is also at disposition to endure your stay is as restful as possible.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
