COTTAGE RENTAL - LE NERBERT DE MANDEVILLE
Luxury in the heart of the nature is what awaits you at the cottage Le NerBert. This magnificent log cottage is in Mandeville in the Lanaudière directly on the banks of the Mastigouche River. The environment around the cottage is wooded and very intimate allowing you to enjoy the nature to the fullest. The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day long during the summer. The cottage has a large outdoor table available where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air along with the sound of the river flowing nearby.
The cottage is perfect for family meetings, friend meetings or even corporate meetings. In the summer take advantage of the space offered to play sports and let the children play outside! The cottage has a play module with swings and slides available which will make the children happy. Kayaks are available at a 5-minute walk from the cottage, by using a path in the woods, shared with the neighboring cottage.
The outdoor lounge will allow you to relax in the sun and spend quality time with loved ones. Further, the private 4-season spa will be much appreciated during evenings and nights to rest no matter the weather since it is sheltered. The end of the day can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace while taking the opportunity to admire the stars in the sky.
For outdoor fanatics there are many hiking trails nearby in the beautiful region of Lanaudière to have fun for hours long. You can also reach the snowmobile and ATV trails from the cottage.
Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.

This spacious cottage has everything you need to accommodate large groups with its 6 closed bedrooms and it's 4 bathrooms. This cottage can be comfortably rent to accommodate up to 20 people.
The basement includes a large open area with a living room that has a wood fireplace with a game room with impressive windows. Further, the kitchen has a large dining room that can seat the whole group.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
