COTTAGE RENTAL - LE GRAND ROY DE MANDEVILLE
Luxury combined with nature is what awaits you at the cottage Le Grand Roy. This magnificent wooden cottage is in Mandeville in Lanaudière on the banks of the Mastigouche river. Thew environment is wooded and very intimate allowing you to enjoy the nature to the fullest. An artificial pond with its water fountain adds to the enchanting décor of the place. The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day long in the summer. You will find a large outdoor table to enjoy meals in the fresh air.
The places are perfect for meetings with family and friends or even corporate meetings. In the summer take advantage of all the pace offered to play sports and let children play outside! A play module with swings and slides will make the children incredibly happy. A volleyball court has even been set up for you to take advantage of.
The sunny gallery is ideal to enjoy a coffee or simply to relax in good company. The private 4 season spa will be appreciated in the evening to rest through rainy or shiny days since it is covered. The end of the day can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace while taking the opportunity to admire the stars in the sky.
For outdoor fanatics, the Lanaudière region is full of activities regardless of the season! come and discover it! Kayaks are available at a 3-minute walk from the cottage, by using a path in the woods, shared with the neighboring cottage.
Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This spacious cottage has everything you need to accommodate a large group with its 8 closed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This cottage can be rented to accommodate comfortably up t 20 people.
The basement has 2 large open areas. One includes a wooden fireplace and a game room that has a pool and babyfoot table. The kitchen has a large dinning room that can seat the whole group.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
