On the Courtyards condo complex, you will have access to an exterior Jacuzzi, an exterior swimming pool , a gym and a business center.

One spot in the covered parking garage is included (RVs of any size are NOT allowed)

Prices posted are in US dollars.  All payments can be made either in US dollars or in Canadian dollars (converted).

Taxes for Palm Beach county are applicable.

Reservation deposit is 50% of the lease amount, and is non-refundable.

Cleaning is not included in the lease amount (150 USD).

A 300USD security deposit is required and will be reimbursed following an inspection of the premises and the return of the keys.
