Pin Rouge Mountain is part of the Appalachian Mountains and is home to a fascinating array of plant and animal species. Pin Rouge has the largest population of white-tailed deer in the Gaspe. Chances are good you will see one or more. Discover mature indigenous trees, wildflowers and mushrooms down its hillsides. Or at the bottom, walk along the shores of the limpid Petite-Cascapédia River, known as one of the most spectacular salmon rivers in Gaspésie.
Our studio chalets (up to 4 people)
Intimate and minimalist loft style, our studios are fully equipped. You will find everything you need for cooking (microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc.), a bathroom (towels included) and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (bedding provided). Ideal for short stays with friends or family!
Our two-storey chalets (up to 6 people)
The 2-storey chalets are the perfect place for comfortable stay. Fully equipped and spacious, the chalet has two bedrooms (a queen bed and two single rail beds that can form a double bed), a kitchen just like at home (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc.) and a living room with a sofa bed (can accommodate 2 additional people). The full bathroom has a bath and a shower (towels included).

Reservation and rental policies
All of our rental units offer a smoke-free environment.
Arrival time is scheduled at 4 p.m. and departure time at 11 a.m. If you expect a late arrival, let us know so that we can send you the procedure to follow to collect your keys.
The pricing for the chalets is for an occupancy of 1 to 4 people. A daily supplement of $10 applies for any additional person.
Animals are not accepted in the chalets or in the main building.
Charges will apply for any non-compliance with the regulations.
Modification or cancelation of a reservation
To obtain a refund of your deposit, in the event of a cancellation, be sure to make your request at least 7 days in advance and 14 days in advance for the holidays, school breaks as well as during construction holidays. No credit or refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please note that we are not responsible for weather conditions.
Payment method
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards as well as direct payment and cash. A deposit of 30% of the total value of the stay is due at the time of booking. The customer must pay the total balance on arrival.

WINTER ACTIVITIES
Alpine skiing and snowboarding
The Pin Rouge Tourist Resort holds the title of the highest vertical drop east of Quebec and in the Maritimes. 450m of vertical drop, pure pleasure, on a mountain whose summit is 500m above sea level. A total of 27 runs will delight the most seasoned skiers and snowboarders, while our La Familiale run is unfolds pleasantly on the southern slope over an exceptional length of 3.5 km. Glades and snow parks are accessible throughout the ski area. Also discover our "Super G" track approved by the International Ski Federation (FIS). And for thrill seekers... dare to venture into Le Mur or Le Couloir.
Snow Tubing
Laughter & pleasure are there for young and old. Take advantage of two parallel tracks with a ski lift for users. Those who have already tried them know: thrills guaranteed!
Alpine skiing
The station is a coveted destination for alpine touring. Take the skin tracks and have fun on more than 450 acres of skiable area.
Cross-country skiing & fatbike
A 21km ski area in mountainous terrain ranging from easy to difficult and a chalet refuge with a wood stove offering a picturesque view. The trails are shared with the fatbike. Don't forget to take a detour to the trails along the river where 3.5km of flat terrain will allow you to appreciate the landscape where the limpid Petite-Cascapédia River and the surrounding valleys blend perfectly.
Snowshoes
Four kilometers of trails and four marked trails along the Petite-Cascapédia River at an easy level, perfect for getting some fresh air!
Illuminated skating rink
Our outdoor skating rink is located in front of the main chalet and is accessible at all times for free. Illuminated in the evening, it is the ideal meeting place for friendly hockey games and moments spent by an outdoor fireplace.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES
Swimming pool and water games
Relax in the pool with mountain views. Take advantage of its heated water and whirlpool bath. Next door, children will enjoy playing in the water games with jets and waterfall! Access is free for residents of the cabins of the Pin Rouge Tourist Resort as well as for users of the Pointe-Taylor campground.
SUMMER, SPRING AND FALL ACTIVITIES
Mountain bike
Discover our mountain bike trails (8.8 km), our bike park for children or our pumptrack (skills course)! The mountain bike trails include beginner and intermediate level single tracks. Access more than 30km in total of trails in slightly steep terrain, so 21km are practicable on cross-country ski trails in addition to an additional 4km as a playground on the banks of the Petite-Cascapédia River!
Hiking
Our mountain trails and along the Petite-Cascapédia River allow you to discover what the Gaspésie has to offer: its wild nature. It's free and within your reach, on the very site of the Pin Rouge tourist resort. Go to the top to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets! We suggest you take track 1 for a distance of 3.5km. At the top, at an altitude of 500m, climb the observation tower for a panoramic view of the Chic-Chocs, Mont Albert, Mont St-Joseph, the Petite-Cascapédia River and Baie-des-Chaleurs. Our refuge, La Chaud-Frette is accessible at all times. The perfect place for a picnic after a refreshing walk in the mountains.
Bicycle paths
A 23 km bike path for hybrid or mountain bikes runs along the Petite-Cascapédia River and St-Edgar Road. Some portions must be on the road - appear visible and cautious. The track rests on the Pin Rouge Tourist resort to downtown New Richmond. Take advantage of the route to stop at the St-Edgar covered bridge, a historic site in the village of St-Edgar.
Sin
As the station is located on the banks of the Petite-Cascapédia River, renowned for salmon fishing and near several lakes, it offers a dream environment for sport fishing lovers.
