    Just 30 minutes from the beautiful town of Gaspé and Percé at only 1h15 minutes where you can view some of the finest attractions including the famous "Roché Percé" and other delicious corners of the Gaspésie.

    On returning home the evening you can choose your dinner (Fish and Seafood aplenty).... Not to be missed, a good summer in Gaspésie !!!!!

  • TERMS OF RESERVATION


    For reservation, a deposit of $ 300 to end security and the first installment, representing 50% of total rental will be required.

    The final payment must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival on the rental premises.


    1.1. Confirmation and payment:

    Booking will be confirmed when the deposit and first payment by bank transfer or Interac in person with cash, has been done. In the latter case a receipt will be given.

    1.2. Late booking:

    In the case of a booking made less than seven (7) days before the rental period, the deposit and full payment will be required at booking as above mentioned payment methods.

    2. AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION

    2.1. More than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival:

    The tenant will perform, without charge, an amendment to the reservation if it is made more than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

    2.2. Less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival:

    In the case of a change made less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival, the change will be treated according to the cancellation terms listed below in this contract. No changes will be made within ten (10) days before the reservation date.

    3. RESERVATION OF CANCELLATION

    3.1. More than ten (10) days before the date scheduled for arrival:

    In the event of cancellation, full or partial carried out by the tenant, more than ten (10) days before the expected date of arrival, and, for any reason, fees of 25% calculated on the first payment will be retained and the balance will be refunded to the tenant with his deposit.

    3.2. Less than ten (10) days before the date set for the arrival:

    In the event of cancellation, full or partial carried out by the tenant, less than ten (10) days before the expected date of arrival, and regardless of the reason, the entire first payment will be deducted 50% leasing.

    3.3. Weather conditions :

    The landlord does not assume any responsibility for cancellation or rebooking which is linked to climate conditions (temperature and road conditions, natural disasters, forest fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

    4.RESPECT OF THE PLACE

    The landlord agrees to deliver the cottage to the tenant in a clean condition and the lessee agrees to maintain the premises in the same condition it was on arrival.

    The landlord reserves the right to claim expenses for replacement of stolen or damaged equipment during the rental period and the renter agrees to indemnify the lessor the amount of damage estimated by the latter.

    In case of non-respect of the premises, the landlord may, keep the entire deposit.

    If damages exceed the security deposit, the tenant agrees to assume any additional costs.

    4.1. Respect the maximum capacity of occupants per rental unit:

    It is the responsibility of the tenant to comply with the maximum number of occupants, which is 4 adults and 4 children maximum, otherwise, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease (without refund) or charge in or if the layout of the building permits, an additional amount per additional person.

    4.2. Inventory and equipment:

    The lessee recognizes the good and proper operation of premises and equipment made available in the chalet. In case of breakage or defects, the tenant agrees to notify the landlord immediately, otherwise breakage and defects will be presumed to be the responsibility of the tenant.

    4.3. Smoking:

    It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the cottage.

    4.4. Loss or theft of persoLOI effects / Buried Wire usiness:

    The landlord is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the site.

    4.6. Validity :

    The validity of this contract expires on 31 December 2017 and is subject to change without notice.

    5. ACCESS

    A key box is installed near the door. A $ 20 fee will be retained if the key is not put back in the box on departure
