Description

Nestled at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains in Baie des Chaleurs, our house offers an anchor for your vacation. We rent the "summer house" in our 100-year-old home. You have a fully private space with private entrance. It has open and bright rooms and a lot of rustic charms. You will find a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom (towels, sheets, dishes, etc. included). Outside, there is a picnic table and a BBQ area.

The house is surrounded by flowered gardens and forest. A small stream runs by, where there is a rustic sauna. You can easily come and go as you explore the surrounding fields and enjoy the view of the Bay from our orchard. You will also have the good fortune to commune with the local deer. Perhaps, you will find wild strawberries amongst the fields of daisies. In the evenings, you can contemplate the infinite starry sky around a campfire. The silence can sometimes be deafening in this place of simplicity.

 Just a few minutes by car and you can explore the beaches of Baie des Chaleurs, the crystal clear Salmon Bonaventure River and the local delights. Percé and the Gaspésie Park are 1 ½ hours away by car.

 We also sell a range of handmade organic farm products: herbal teas, soaps, creams, ointments, oils..
